Panther Girls Golf Team Makes History with First State Championship Title
Raymore-Peculiar High School
October 22, 2025

The Panther Girls Golf Team has made school history, capturing the program’s first-ever State Championship after an incredible season of consistency, teamwork, and determination.

Building on last year’s success — when the Panthers won every tournament they entered, secured conference and district titles, and finished fifth at the state level — this year’s team took their game to new heights.

In the 2025 season, the Panthers once again dominated the competition, winning every stroke play tournament, as well as the conference and district championships, before capping it all off with their historic state title.

Leading the way were Addie Swan, who finished 2nd overall and earned All-State Honors, and Vanessa Ocampo, who placed 7th overall, also earning All-State recognition. Their strong performances were complemented by outstanding play from Ansley Harper, Alexis Brown, and Giana Hunt, whose contributions helped secure the team’s championship finish.

The Panthers’ record-breaking season stands as a proud moment for Raymore-Peculiar High School and the entire Raymore-Peculiar community. Congratulations to the players, coaches, and supporters who made this historic achievement possible.
