The Raymore-Peculiar High School Panther Softball Team has captured the Missouri Class 5 State Championship, defeating Rock Bridge 6-4 in extra innings to claim the program’s second state title.

The Panthers advanced to the championship game after a dominant 9-1 victory over Lindbergh in the semifinals and a hard-fought 2-1 win over Republic in the quarterfinals. Their hard work, resilience, and teamwork shone throughout the postseason, culminating in an unforgettable finish to an outstanding season.
